watermelon is the way to go.  combine that with some pasta and with a little powerade throughout the day before and a nap the day of, and you've got a fairly easy fast, even with walking a few miles.

you know, comparing this with the tzofim, i don't really see that much difference in terms of music or theme.   the tzofim had girls, and jailbait israeli girls at that.   but besides that, not that much difference.

have i been out of ithaca that long?  two years ago last call in tompkins county (read: I-town and Gorges) was 1 am, and they threw you out at 1:30 am.  have more idiot kids been falling down the gorges again?
