I am a born Canadian but raised in South Africa..I live in Vancouver. 

.I am journalist both photography and print. I am looking for a partner, best friend, and accomplice,someone else to laugh at me when I need laughing at.. i am Down to earth and most would say viciously funny with a not so PC streak. I love travel(it is part of my job), not office travel ick!, real travel with seriously sketchy taxis and restaurants you would never eat in back home,yet have no problem eating at when you travel.

I live for the moment yet I am responsible. I have a career i love and friends scattered across the globe. (it makes for cheaper traveling).

I value the person not the job... i wish more people worked to live not lived to work.

Here are some of the things i believe in.
I believe dogs do smile,
that true wealth is a wealth of friends.
That sushi is a food group.
that laughter is the key to happiness
people watching is a pastime and every experience is an adventure.
That it is the little moments that define a persons character.
That i sleep well at night knowing that i am not just a spectator in the joy ride of life, that i am part of the ride.

I am not average i do not live for the gym ( it kills me when i read a profile that says someone to work out with) the gyms are full of work out buddies).
i live in the city ( hence no car ), no need for one i can enjoy the smells and loss of personal space that only public transit can provide.

I value intelligence and a smart witty woman is a turn on. Long convoluted conversations will always give me a rise. I love life and enjoy the show that humanity puts on for all of us.

I carry the airline allows amount of carry on emotional baggage and this has not made me hard to deal with but i feel has added to my charm. Now with that said my charm is eccentric and often bitting but for some and for the people i tend to get along with it works just fine.
