I am a passionate writer, (you can see some of my leadership posts on my website).  The reason I love writing about leadership and management is that it's a subject that wholly intertwined with people. And in few subjects do you ever get that. It's just great to see people work together in harmony - and that's what good leadership skills can help you achieve.   So that, is in short, why I'm a leadership writer!
