I am a happy, single, childless Moroccan Jewess, living and working in Montreal. After a 20 year freelance career as Locations Manager in the film industry, I was blessed to be offered a  steady gig with paycheck as Program Director at a Reform Temple, quite a switch from the Orthodox upbringing I had, although I do not foresee a time when I will join the Reform movement wholeheartedly. However since I had wanted to be close to the Jewish community again, it is fulfilling to be involved in Tikun Olam, Mitzvot, Social Action, working towards a greater dream than the one concerned with a particular person's filmic dream vision. Now, I am untethered from cellphone and car, free to continue pursuing other interests which include yoga, art, shamanic drumming circles and working with plant teachers whenever they appear on the horizon.
