The Anti-Defamation League in San Diego has objected to the shape of the buildings.

“We told the Navy this was an incredibly inappropriate shape for a structure on a military installation,” said Morris S. Casuto, regional director of the organization. He added, however, that his group “never ascribed evil intent to the structures’ design.”

Mr. Casuto praised the Navy for recognizing the problem and “doing the right thing.”

The $600,000 for the changes is included in the Navy’s approved 2008 budget.

    The KuKluxKlan!!!

They'd better move the white house and re-route/re-design the streets in Washington, DC. Top priority!

Yeah, something needs to happen in Glendale, which is a part of L.A. that, I believe, has the largest Armenian community in the U.S. Growing up, all my (admittedly very limited) exposure to the Armenian community and Armenian issues happened there. And Adam Schiff, a Jewish member of Congress who's played a huge role in the Armenian Genocide resolution, is the House rep for Glendale. We've got to get more of Massachusetts's current political juice flowing out to California, and I think Glendale will be the key.

    >>that that road leads through Glendale<<

What are you up to, Joey?  A new front in the War on Denial?  :-)

Now on to the full House! And I tell you, Lindaras, that that road leads through Glendale. Here's my post on today's events.

    >>H. Res. 106 passed<<

Passed out of committee, that is.

    >>So, while I'm still angry about their cowardice and disingenuousness on the issue of genocide<<

Me too, Joey, but H. Res. 106 passed!!!  What will Foxman do now?

Golly, that is a pretty bizzare picture. If that isn’t a photoshop joke, I can’t believe that the architects at the Navy didn’t see their mistake. I doubt that the ADL are the only ones upset. This will be proof for the more conspiratorial among us that Americans are Nazis. I wonder if you can Google it?

in San Diego . . . surrounded by San Diegans. I can see how an army of San Diegan civil engineers, architects, and planners could fail to see the obvious. Each of them probably thought, “Hmm, cool design concept, looks oddly familiar, oh, gotta go, surf’s up!”

Look, guys, as they've recently told us, the ADL has to pick its priorities. So, while I'm still angry about their cowardice and disingenuousness on the issue of genocide, I'm pleased that they speak out so bravely against buildings that have inappropriate designs when viewed from several thousand feet.

Once again, real life manages to transcend satire.

Looks like a big flaccid penis to me. But I've been drinking all afternoon. Anyway, can somebody pay to fix that? …Because I'm offended by non-erect penises.

Don't tell the ADL, but one can also clearly see that shape if one were to watch the History Channel for any length of time.

Have you forgotten completely about the Jew-hating flying monkeys that'll blow their loads over this kind of architectural Nazi porn?

    Get a clue.

Gee, I wonder how many poor families $600,000 can feed, and for how long? This is an excellent use of my taxpayer dollars.

Why don’t they just spend $12 and hire some freelancer to simply Photoshop out the building from Google Maps?!?! That’s the only way anyone noticed anyway! Google should actually volunteer to do that.

Damn, I wish I was a contractor for the military. So much easy money…
