Even if Michael Mukasey flubs his Talleyrand (the line is "It was worse than a crime, it was a blunder," spoken on the occasion of Napoleon's murder of the Due d'Enghien), he's still won my approval for his categorical disavowal of everything Alberto Gonzales and David Addington have done to destroy the Constitution and the Geneva Conventions. The president acts almost as if he had two administrations: one a dress rehearsal for the real thing.
