If you ever needed evidence that Twitter was the best platform to read dozens of different facts and opinions on politics by a wide array of people, the confrontation between Israel and the pro-Palestinian flotilla should be all you need. As of an hour ago, "flotilla" was the number two trending topic on the social networking site.  The number one tweet as of 11 AM, is by Sarabughazal  (who in her photo is wearing a keffiyeh) tweeting a quote: "your blood reached the shores of Gaza before your aid." Nicholas Kristof has been all over the incident.  One tweet read: "What’s the best term for Israeli attack on #Gaza flotilla w/ int’l peace activists in int’l waters? Senseless? Alison Hoffman of Tablet, attorney Seth Cohen, Daniel Sieradski and Louisa Solomon of The Shondes have also been sounding off; all with varied opinions and news. What are your thoughts?
