Turns out the NJ Rabbi and owner of the Kof-K Company might have more of a case than Assraelis porn producer Oren Cohen would like to believe. Cohen, a third generation pornographer had initially scoffed at Rabbi Yehuda Rosenbaum's claim to the trademarked "Kof-K," but now it appears that Cohen might not have much of a choice in removing the coveted letters from his video cover.
As a reader commented on Boing Boing, (re: Rosenbaum's claim):
It's their brand, and they don't approve of it's use. I'm sure Good Housekeeping would feel the same way if their symbol was used to promote Mop Porn.
I get the point of the analogy, but "mop porn"? Does that fall under the jurisdiction of cleaning fetish? There's so many ways to interpret that one.
