Donald Trump, Rosie O’Donnell, & Barbara Walters In A 3-Way

In my cattier moments, I enjoy nothing better than the bickering that ensues on The View. With Star Jones gone and Rosie in the hotseat, the infighting is as satisfying as ever. And while watching Elizabeth Hasslebeck's plastic bob of a head ready to implode as she speaks in her maniacal, I shouldn't have mixed laxatives with my uppers this AM tone is almost comparable to witnessing Rachael Ray speedtalk thru lines on her new talk show, the heated tension between Barbara Walters and Rosie O'Donnell, two Alphas fighting to gain control of a falling empire, is downright hysterical.

The latest slugfest involves Donald Trump, who consequently picked another fight with Martha Stewart last year as ratings for his show took a dive. In another last-ditch attempt to publicize his tanking show, it looks like Donald is up to his old tricks this season, since the premiere of his show debuted #3 in the ratings last week.

The lowdown of the exchange reads like this: Donald publicly announces that Barbara Walters trash-talked Rosie to him, with lines like "working with [Rosie] is like living in hell," "Donald, never get into the mud with pigs" and last, but not least a final "don't worry, she won't be here long."

Barbara's reponse to Donald's tell-all letter was a let's move on approach, per her AM discourse with Rosie, in which they attempt to show all viewers that everything is once again copacetic:

Rosie: Well, he's at it again! (huge laugh from audience) How 'bout that, Barabara. You okay Barbara?

Baba: I'm okay, darling. You okay?

Rosie: I'm okay, too. We're both okay?

Baba: Okay. You know–

Elisabeth Hasselback (unsolicited): Okay.

Rosie: What can you say about that guy?

Baba (pause, for effect): That poor, pathetic man.

(Audience goes nuts. Baba and Rosie high-five.)

So now Trump hates Barbara and Rosie isn't experiencing the type of typical female bonding, say the gals of E's The Girls Next Door engage in. I feel no sympathy for Rosie. She's a dyke. She should have known better than to sign on with ABC.
