I know it's senseless to argue with a grandmother-anyone's grandmother-but this is such nonsense on so many levels.

1. It's "Palestine", not "Samaria".

2. Even if it were true that these homes would be unthinkable without the sinister "funding" you allude to, aren't you the tiniest bit aware of the colossal irony of an American Jew, whose presence in Palestine depends upon American and Israeli largesse, military presence, political cover, etc, complaining about somebody, somewhere, springing for a patio for a Palestinian family?

3. If you were criticizing the corruption of Fatah and the quisling Abbas by declaring that the owners of these homes were all Fatah functionaries living of the backs of their people, maybe we'd have something in common. But it's not clear exactly why you're you're so distressed about these homes. Afraid they're arsenals? Distressed by happy Arabs? Envious?

Palestine is just another name for Israel. It has absoultely no Arab connection.

Judaism predates Islam and Christianity.

Only the Jewish People have a National History as an Independent Nation in my corner of the middle-east.

There never was a Palestinian Nation nor a people of that name, and actually, the same goes for Jordan.  The British invented it to give a kingdom to the Hashemites.
