April

Blue, cloudless sky, sunshine, ice cream eating people getting fried in the park ...

Sounds like summer? It´s April! In my hometown the weather has been recorded for 106 years now and this month was the hottest April ever. No rain for nearly two months and up to 30°C – that´s what I call daily shvitz!

Okay, April is famous for it´s strange weather. But up to now it was more like 'from-sunny-to-cloudy-to-rainy-and-back-in-two-minutes-strange' than 'hotter-than-Spain-strange'.
So is this just a new kind of strangeness and we should be happy not to be drowned this year, or is this the first sign of global warming? If it´s a consequence of global warming, it will be profitable for the economy of certain countries: In the past a lot of German tourists came to Spain every year to enjoy the good weather. Maybe a lot of Spanish tourists will come to Germany in the futur for similar reasons. Who knows?
