Don't get around much anymore.Researchers have concluded that there is a strong possibility that Thomas Jefferson might very well have been part Jewish. According to SFGate.Com, while there remains no genetic samples of Jefferson's DNA, the Y chromosome in living descendants can also be tested. Jefferson's Y chromosome has been linked to the K2 branch of classification which can be traced back to the Middle East and specifically Sephardim.

Jefferson made similar headlines nearly ten years ago when it was proved that one of his former slave's sons also shared the Jefferson DNA linking slave/mistress Sally Hemings to Jefferson. And if not the headline, you'll at least recall the Hollywood shlock response in the form of over-the-top, sexually charged related movie that came out around that time starring Nick Nolte and Thandie Newton.
