Chabad mikveh at Penn State

Via CrownHeights.info: shluchim have opened a mikveh behind the Chabad house at Penn State. See the article here.

If Chabad is doing their job right, however, they'll have unmarried women asking to use it. It's a COLLEGE CAMPUS. I hope they'll look the other way.

Duke planned a mikveh for its Jewish student center (see here & scroll down), but "sources" tell me it never actually happened.
