Here are today’s news stories in no particular order:

  • Former president Bill Clinton released a list of financial contributors to his charitable foundations this morning. Many donors include foreign government givers—including Saudi Arabia, Norway, Kuwait and India—which may create a conflict of interest for newly appointed Secretary of State Hilary Clinton.
  • Ice, ice baby: British scientists believe they have found evidence that there is ice on the moon, which will be useful for a future permanent base and luxury lunar condos.
  • UFC fighter Justin Levens and wife Sara McLean-Levens were found dead on Wednesday in their California condo. Authorities believe the deaths were the result of a murder-suicide, with Levens as the shooter.
  • Scarlett Johansson is currently auctioning off a tissue containing her infected boogers on Ebay. The actress, who claimed post-sneeze that she got a cold from costar Samuel L. Jackson, announced on the Tonight show that all proceeds from her soiled tissue will go to the hunger relief fund Harvest USA. So far the snot rag is up to $2,050.
  • Iraqi journalist Muntader al-Zaidi, who threw a pair of shoes at President George W. Bush on Sunday, wrote an apologetic note to Iraq’s Prime Minister Nouri Maliki. I guess Bush’s apology letter got lost in the mail.
