For every vocabulary question that you get right, the website will donate ten grains of rice to the hungry. The advertisements on the website pay for the donated rice and the rice is distributed by the United Nations World Food Program.

The highest vocabulary score you can get is 50, and I averaged 37, which left me feeling…..below average. Anyway, let’s all work on our respective vocabularies and give a little in the process.

I wouldn't have been so boastful, but I recall Joey having written a compelling defense of trumpeting one's charities on these pages some time ago. His message remains with me still. I'm responsible for thousands and thousands of rice grains going to the needy, and I did it answering "48" level questions.
