It was pure magical to watch this short clip, laugh and understand the crux of serious historic events.

I am ashamed though, to see our turkeys of Washington act fowl...Perhaps, it's rubbing off of the real Turkic Turkeys.

With all seriousness: You will learn more from this clip then you could possibly learn from reading bunch of posts on this subject.... I bet the Armenians, will get the most kick out of this.

I was not able to view the video here for some reason, but my curiosity took me to the Daily Show Website where I found TWO videos on the politics of Armenian Genocide controversy. Both are excellent:

Headlines - Unsolved Histories  and
This Armenian Strife

Excellent!

I wonder how many of these Congressmen can locate Armenia on a map? I'm sure they got the obligatory 15 minute Wikipedia brief from their intern, but to think that they really give a shit about what happened to the Armenians in 1915 is a joke. The Armenians have a powerful lobby, and they paid for this bill in full. Turkey has every right to be upset. They have not only been a reliable ally to the U.S. in the war on Iraq, but also historically when they allowed the U.S. to place nukes on their soil at the height of the Cold War putting their entire population at risk. What's more, Turkey has gone out on a limb to build strong relations with Israel despite the unpopularity of such a gesture in the Muslim world. You would think these important commitments by Turkey would elicit respect in the U.S. Nope! The Congress goes ahead and presents this absurd and irresponsible bill accusing the Turks of genocide. I bet all of you monkeys here who are so eager to smear Turkey have done nothing more than skim the Wikipedia page of this historical event. Typical.

With that posting you just proved to all the readers here as to why Turkey could commit genocide, it was the ignorance of uneducated masses that blindly followed the orders of their masters. No one is smearing Turkey, you and your country are already smeared with crap consisting of denial and ignorance.

First of all, I am not Turkish, I am an Israeli Jew.  Second of all, you said absolutely nothing.

Well, that is even worse when you act like an ignorant Turk. Sorry you do not have mental capacity to comprehend simple reasoning.
