Having a white Jewish uncle who marched in Mississippi when Schwerner,Chaney and Goodman were murdered,I grew up assuming that "blacks and Jews" were the good guys.My uncle still believes that .But,when the late,great Rosa Parks home was invaded in Detroit and she was moved into Detroit's Riverfront apartments-rent free by Jewish zillionaires Al Taubman and the late Max Fisher and her funeral was headlined by Jesse Jackson,Al Sharpton,Lewis Farrakhan and Detroit Rep.-and headcase-John Conyers,I may as well have been "Republican" to begin with.I no longer assume anything about blacks and Jews.
