Caution!

You should be suspicious of the source of any added vitamins. And pretty much anything you eat that includes glycerol as an ingredient you should be careful of, as it's the product of soap manufacture, and more than likely its animal-based soaps. That's right, people, I'm not talking gelatin, I'm talking glycerol! Watch for it! Nor do I trust red apples. Are they still using cochineal? That's gross. However, many veggies still claim that we need to watch for spermaceti, but it's totally illegal to use whale products for food. I don't know where that spermaceti comes from, but it's nobody's blowhole. So you can't really trust anyone's information.
