In Denmark, some people use "Jew" as a verb - to steal.  "did you jew that camera?"  Unfortunately there are very few people in the world that like us.  Europeans despise us.  In Asia they think we're devilish sourcerers. In the middle east? Well I've heard a few things.  It's not surprising that "jew" is used as an insult. After all we did kill crist, RIGHT??? Christians have, for centuries glorified the execution of one Jew. They have idolized the scene. They have depicted it in paintings, sculptures, manuscripts and more.  Don't you think this has had a deep psychological impact???  Ironically all those Christians that killed Jews in the name of christ secretly thought they were doing a mitzvah.  Such a brave and heroic thing to repeat the story over, and over until we're all - all of us as one messiah - are dead.  the evangelists now like to think of us as the key to their salvation. Why? So they can return as gods chosen people!  They all want to be Jews, only when the old ones are dead.

In my little town here in Denmark the big story of last week was nazi propaganda dropped in 1500 mailboxes in the city center.  My in-laws and others thought I should hide the fact that I'm Jewish. Very casually they disregarded who I am just because of a few papers with hate written on them.  granted I'm the only Jew here, but still.
