Sorry, for all the attempts at universalism there are people who irrationally hate; whether it be Jews, gays, Afr.-Americans, etc..etc...Blaming the victim of such thoughts is not just historically warped, but a little self-loathing if you ask me.

So please, if you are never coming to this site again, more power to you. But do not feel compelled to put down the hard work, diverse insights and general care that the folks at Jewcy put into this site. They often both challenge and reify my own thoughts, convictions and ideas. As such I couldn't ask for anything more.

In the meantime, I will continue to proudly toil in my own mental shtetl that I have chosen to craft and re-define daily.
