When you have a jewish background from one of your parents and find yourself in a position where you can choose, having both gates (from both religions) opened, it might seem difficult at first, but once you grow up and make your mind, you feel like it´s something (your identity) you´ve achieved, and therefore you treasure it more and feel proud about it.
