Gun Control

Only people who are determined to live according to the law are regulated by the law.

If a person who is willing to commit murder, I doubt he would be regulated by law. Weapons are as readily available to him as Marijuana is to any high school kid.Any bartender can tell you where to buy a good gun for $300 and a not so good one for a c-note. Using law to limit guns is as effective as using law to prevent murder.
