Having a meaningful ceremony is top priority for us, and things get complicated rather quickly. Kiddush cups, kippot, ketubah, rings...yikes! As much I espouse the DIY ethic, I am way too busy to go indie rock with everything. Especially since the wedding is in Connecticut, and we live in Colorado. So, the price tag expands! I'm fighting the die hard carnivores in the family as we design a kosher vegan reception comprised of global fare. My mom is freaking out -- curried seitan, samosas, etc.!
