hard to disagree with johnnybravo's five. I might pick a different woody allen but any of his best could count. Likewise Marx Brothers-- it's all good. Mel Brooks as well had many fine moments ("the schwartz") but the Producers had a depth of satire-- Jews dancing on Hitler's grave, literally-- that gives it a cathartic status.
I think I would go with Big Lebowski over Neil Simon, just cuz I've met so many people who've come to Judaism and Israel because of it.
