Ramat Rachel...

 quick plug for the pool and spa facilities at Ramat Rachel (its minutes from my house): after you've done all the touristy and not so touristy things, get a day membership to the pool at RR - great value, lolling by the pool, gazing over a settlement or 2 to Bethlehem!
