Ironically, the only story that's missing is from Judaism to Christianity (be it Catholic or Protestant). I don't know whether it is still a taboo, but perhaps including it would lessen some of the controversy. If we could treat conversion from Jewish to Christian beliefs as easily as some of these stories are shown, it could make a step forward in my belief.
