Dude, speaking from within your group, may I please note that calling people subhuman or scum is one of the things we *don't* do? The point is not to have the moral high ground as a tactical advantage, but to light-unto-the-nations because it's the right thing to do. Not saying I like Hamas shelling anything, but I hardly think that the Palestinians (average age: 13), are exactly in a position to feel anything but trapped.
You can and should be upset with Syria, Egypt, Jordan for not giving the Palesinians a place in Moslem countries. You can even be upset with Arab political institutions, and note that they aren't representative or protective of the rights of minorities, or etc. No doubt you've noticed Arabs being upset at this (see: rise of extremism, 1950-2008).
You know how it's kind of weird when you read those accounts of people in, say, Baluchistan, saying how their neighbors are subhuman scum? Yeah, most of the people in the world look upon our enmities that way.
You know how people in Germany can't use animal terms to describe other people, even as a joke, not anymore?

Yeah.
Never ever ever call human beings sub-human scum.
We don't do that.
