Didn't I complain that men can never just make a plan and stick with it? That they're purposefully evasive? That they toy with our emotions for sport?

Funny, that's exactly what my straight male friends say about women. Personally, I'm not convinced this trait belongs to any group more than another. I think it's instilled in all of us as appropriate pre-courtship behavior by media that teaches us what "romance" is. In short, romantic comedies have a lot of suffering to answer for.
