I agree with Cavanaugh -- Tahl's declaration that "the enfranchisement of males at the expense of females (particularly Jewish males and Jewish females) is coming to an end" seems maybe a TEENSY little bit premature, and I don't really understand how he extrapolated that conclusion from the media's reaction (or non-reaction) to this celeb pairing. I'm also not finding finding Tahl's reduction of Georgina to skinny young shikse stereotype compelling: when I think of this marriage-merger, I mostly think of how good it is for Marchesa, the label Chapman co-founded, to be owned by Weinstein -- all the actresses who want to curry favor with him wear her dresses.
