One of the greatest songwriters of the 20th Century finally gets the respect he deserves from the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame:  Neil Diamond was inducted into what I imagine is the coolest class ever to get into the shrine to all things rock — alongside Tom Waits, Alice Cooper and Dr. John.

Now it can officially be said without a hint of snark that Neil Diamond “rocks!”
