- India has lifted its ban on gay sex. But only to those 18 and older and living in New Delhi.
- South Carolina has found that there was no misuse of state funds in Mark Sanford’s love affair scandal. Just misuse of better judgment.
- The Jackson saga goes on, with a raging custody battle, fights over funds, and rumors of drug abuse, but perhaps most importantly, his memorial service will be held at the Staples Center in LA on Tuesday.
